Core – Assistance with Daily Life

This support focuses on assisting or supervising personal daily tasks so participants can take part in community life as independently as possible. Services are delivered individually at home or within community settings, ensuring participants are supported while building independence and life skills. We help participants build confidence in social interactions, develop routines for community engagement, and navigate everyday environments, with a focus on empowering individuals to stay active, independent, and connected.
